SHOCKING Insight into the Real Estate Market - Chester County, Pa edition. The Chester County, Pa and surrounding suburbs real estate market has been crazy all year. What is also shocking to me is that it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. The amount of buyer demand for the Chester County and Greater Philadelphia area is astonishing. I believe that the inventory crisis is still one of the prime fuelers for this insanity and we do not see a flood of homes coming to the market in the near future.
